On The Pitch is a passion project of mine to save football coaching notes.
While running my son’s youth football team, I always struggled to find somewhere to store my coaching notes and then easily look back on them, so I built my own solution. On The Pitch allows me to plan my coaching sessions in advance and, after the session, revisit the notes to reflect on what worked well and what could be improved. This simple process has helped me stay organized, track progress, and continually refine my coaching approach.
What started as a personal tool quickly became something I realized could benefit other coaches too. By creating a platform that’s both easy to use and flexible, I designed On The Pitch to be more than just a notebook—it’s a coaching companion. It enables structured planning, post-session feedback, and long-term development tracking, making it a valuable resource for anyone involved in grassroots sports.
