About William Dowling — Glasgow WordPress Web Developer

I help small businesses turn their ideas into high performance websites that attract customers and help their businesses grow.

After realising my dream of becoming a football player wasn’t coming true (who was I kidding?) I turned to technology and computers. I managed to get my hands on my first computer! I started teaching myself HTML and CSS to build simple web pages back in the early to mid 2000’s and I have been creating websites ever since. While working professionally over the last decade I’ve built a lot of WordPress websites (too many to keep count of) while working as a freelancer or working at several different agencies over my career.

My Process

Listen

Have a coffee and understand your business, goals and audience.

Plan

Work with you to create a strategy that aligns with your design goals and business objectives.

Build

I’ll then develop your website using clean, efficient code that will work across all your different devices.

Launch & Support

Using your own hosting or my hosting packages we can get your site up and running with a maintenance package.

Away from the desk

When I’m not working you’ll find me spending time with the family, my fiancee Danielle and my two boys William and Finlay.

We mostly just follow our oldest about while he plays football all over the place and I also help out with the team and do a wee bit of football coaching.

I also enjoy collecting football cards here and there and I have a few autograph cards which I am proud of!
