The Problem
McGlynn Decorators needed an online presence to allow potential customers to see what services they offer and allow them to see photos of previous work carried out. McGlynn Decorators asked for a few features to be included on the website: info about their services, gallery, reviews and a contact form.
They also needed their checkatrade.com profile to be included somewhere on the website. This is allows potential customers to see his rating and reviews straight from checkatrade.com where they primarily get most of their business.
During this project I also worked with McGlynn Decorators to make their brand come alive. This is included logo design to be used on clothing, promotional materials and on the side of their vans.
Results
The results were highly beneficial for McGlynn Decorators: the website gave them a strong digital presence that improved their visibility in local search results, while the gallery and Checkatrade integration increased customer trust. Since launch, McGlynn Decorators reported a noticeable increase in online inquiries and quote requests, with more potential clients reaching out directly through the contact form. By streamlining the decision-making process for new customers, the website helped convert visitors into leads more effectively, supporting long-term business growth.
